OFSS Bihar 11th Admission 2026 – Apply Reopen & 2nd Merit List
Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has reopened the online application window for admission in Intermediate (11th Class) for the academic session 2026-28 through the OFSS Bihar portal. Students who could not apply earlier can now submit their application at ofssbihar.net from 29th May 2026 to 01st June 2026. The 2nd Merit List will be released shortly for students who were not selected in the 1st Merit List. Admissions are available in Science, Commerce and Arts streams across 10,000+ colleges and schools in Bihar.

Eligibility Criteria
Students who have passed the Matriculation (10th Class) or equivalent examination from Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), CBSE, ICSE or any other recognized State Board are eligible to apply for 11th class admission session 2026-28 through OFSS Bihar. Each student can select a maximum of 20 colleges in the Common Application Form (CAF).

Documents Required for Enrollment
- Provisional Certificate / Original Certificate of 10th or equivalent examination
- Mark Sheet of 10th or equivalent examination
- School Leaving Certificate (SLC) from the school where 10th was passed
- Character Certificate from the institution where 10th was passed
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Fixed fee of the educational institution
- Passport Size Color Photograph
How To Apply Online / Reopen Application
- Step 1 - Visit the official OFSS Bihar website ofssbihar.net
- Step 2 - Click on "Apply Online" or "Student Login" on the Home Page.
- Step 3 - New students must complete Registration first. Existing students can login using their Application Number.
- Step 4 - Fill the Common Application Form (CAF) carefully. Select your preferred Stream and up to 20 colleges in order of preference.
- Step 5 - Pay the application fee of Rs. 350/- online.
- Step 6 - Submit the form and download / print your Acknowledgement for future reference.
How To Download 2nd Merit List / Intimation Letter
- Step 1 - Visit the official OFSS Bihar website https://ofssbihar.net
- Step 2 - On the Home Page, click on the link "Download Intimation Letter 2026"
- Step 3 - You will be redirected to the Intimation Letter download page.
- Step 4 - Enter your Application Reference No. / Barcode No. and Registered Mobile Number correctly.
- Step 5 - Enter the Captcha Code as shown on the page.
- Step 6 - Click the "Print" button to download your Intimation Letter.
- Note - Selected students will also be informed via SMS, Email and the Notice Board of their allotted school / college.
